Autism Assessments
At Finla Psychological Services, our autism assessments focus on creating a supportive and inclusive environment where individuals feel comfortable throughout the process. We use a multi-disciplinary approach, incorporating cognitive, social, and communication assessments to build an accurate understanding of each individual’s strengths and areas of challenge. The assessment process includes structured interviews, standardized testing, and observations to ensure a holistic perspective.
We aim to demystify the diagnosis process and provide clear, actionable insights to support individuals and their families. From accessing educational supports to fostering social development, our goal is to offer guidance that encourages independence and growth. We also provide a roadmap of recommended therapies, resources, and services to help clients live fulfilling, self-determined lives. Our Autism assessments utilise an evidence-based approach incorporating the most up-to-date assessment tools. Our assessments are recognised by the Board of Education, Department of Social Welfare, and the HSE.
